Сделан вывод, что CYP7B1 с ДГЭА, модифицированный МУК, является подходящей системой для анализа методом ГКР структуры белков, не приводящей к их денатурации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analysis of the surface­enhanced Raman spectra (SERS) of cytochrome P450 7B1 (CYP7B1) shows, that CYP7B1 is ad­ sorbed irreversibly on silver surface, functionalized by TGA, 2­AET.
