Показано, что понижение температуры культивирования не приводит к достоверным изменениям механических свойств данных клеток, однако увеличивает силу адгезии острия зонда к поверхности мембраны.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of study the effect of temperature on the culture surface topography and mechanical properties of human lung cancer cell line A549 by atomic force microscopy are presented.
