Использование прекурсоров SrFeO3 и SrMoO4 в качестве исходных реагентов для синтеза и проведение дополнительного восстановительного отжига приводят к увеличению сверхструктурного упорядочения до 92 % и магниторезистивного эффекта до -21% (Т = 15 К, В = 8 Тл). Увеличение давления при прессовании до P = 5 ГПа приводит к уменьшению удельного электросопротивления образцов и к понижению магнитосопротивления до значения -17% (Т = 15 К, В = 8 Тл).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is shown, that superstructural ordering of Fe3+ and Mo5+ cations and magneto-transport properties of Sr2FeMoO6-δ strongly depend on synthesis condition. Using SrFeO3 and SrMoO4 precursors as initial reagents for synthesis and performing additional reduction annealing increase superstructural ordering up to 92% and magnetoresistance up to -21 % (Т = 15 К, В = 8 T).
