A method for determination of design parameters of a device for production of high-precision spherical parts from cubic billets
Abstract
Mathematic modeling of power interaction process of pressure medium and part blank in operating space of a pneumo-centrifugal device for making spherical parts from cubic blanks is made. Analytic expression of mechanical blank trajectory length where there is no driving force from pressure medium is obtained. Digital investigations of optimal tangential nozzle quantity in expansion chamber of cited above device as well as torque moment and axial force acting on the blank are made.
