Abstract
Description of the principally new and efficient high-performance casting method for production of tube billets without application of a core is adduced. Analysis of formation of billets produced out of high-chromium cast iron is given through the example of «brake disk» billet for cord twisting machines. Performance characteristics of parts are presented. Technical characteristics of the casting equipment are specified.

Abstract
The problem of theoretical prediction of composite's properties taking into account of interface layer, has been shown. For this aim the modification of three-phase model of fiber reinforcing transverse-isotropic composite has been proposed. The calculated parameters have been compared with the results of alternative simplified methods. This modification (four-phase model) allows us to take into account the interface layer parameters and to obtain nonlinear dependencies of the elastic properties of composite on fibers content, relative thickness and shear modulus of the interface layer in the expanded range of reinforcing.

Abstract
The durability of coatings made of powdered polyether paints has been defined with a rapid test method for the first time. The method is based on the empirical exponential dependence of coating life on the energy of activation of the thermal-oxidative breakdown of paint film-forming material . Quantitative estimation of the influence of the basic destructive factors during the use of coatings on their durability has been made. The rapid test method reduces significantly the period of certification of powdered paints in terms of «durability». It also reduces the period of introduction of powdered paints in order to obtain the metal, concrete, slate, plaster coatings.

Abstract
The mechanism of influence of preliminary mechanical activation of charge mixtures on the following self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of materials has been considered. It is shown that significant changes in the SHS parameters after mechanical activation can be connected with not only changing the nature of heat evolution and heat transfer processes but also with alteration of chemical interaction mechanisms in mechanically activated materials. Main reasons for reduction of activation energy and acceleration of reaction kinetics, as well as possibilities of variations in chemical pathways during MASHS have been discussed.

Abstract
The structure and the phase composition of the TiN-based vacuum arc coatings alloyed by chromium and copper deposited from the separated plasma flows are investigated. It is determined, that multicomponent (Ti, Cr)N coatings represent the substitutional solution with fcc lattice on the base of titanium nitride It is established, that multicomponent TiN/Cu coatings consist of the basic nanocrystalline TiN phase, and the thin layer of the second Cu phase is on the grain boundary of the TiN phase and it blocks the grain growth of the main phase It is found, that the residual stresses in the coatings are considerably high - 15-17 GPa for (Ti, Cr)N and 9-10 GPa for TiN/Cu. It is determined, that the addition of the alloying element reduces the coherent-scattering region size to 6 nm - (Ti, Cr)N and to 20 nm - TiN/Cu in comparison with 30-40 nm for TiN.

Abstract
A device for pressure definition upon the matrix channel walls directly in ram extrusion process, a way and a device for composites processing into the elongated profile products providing their additional thermostabilization and possibility of protective surfaces simultaneous formation on their internal surface is described. Structures of thermosetting high-filled wood composites on the basis of a synthetic fibres and wood waste are offered.

Abstract
It is shown, that superstructural ordering of Fe3+ and Mo5+ cations and magneto-transport properties of Sr2FeMoO6-δ strongly depend on synthesis condition. Using SrFeO3 and SrMoO4 precursors as initial reagents for synthesis and performing additional reduction annealing increase superstructural ordering up to 92% and magnetoresistance up to -21 % (Т = 15 К, В = 8 T). Increasing pressure at pressing up to P = 5 GPa leads to decreasing resistivity of sample and magnetoresistance to -17 % (Т = 15 К, В = 8 T).

Abstract
Differential equations for the exposition of dynamic vibrationare are used at development of computer models for engineering constructions. To make the model adequately reflect mechanical system behaviour, it is necessary to set the parameters corresponding to physical mechanical properties of modeled object. They are based on the results of full-scale and bench trials. The work is based on practical usage experience of the stated techniques at the enterprises of Belarus.

Abstract
Mathematic modeling of power interaction process of pressure medium and part blank in operating space of a pneumo-centrifugal device for making spherical parts from cubic blanks is made. Analytic expression of mechanical blank trajectory length where there is no driving force from pressure medium is obtained. Digital investigations of optimal tangential nozzle quantity in expansion chamber of cited above device as well as torque moment and axial force acting on the blank are made.

Abstract
The research and developing in the field of energy strategy and energy planning of the Republic of Belarus is considered. Up to resent years the methodology of energy planning at the national and local levels has been mainly based on economical criteria taking into account environmental restrictions. At present an energy security is playing more important role. The methodology of estimating of energy security level is presented. There are four basic trends of strengthening of energy security: enhancing of energy independency, alternatives for fuel supply (diversification), upgrading of reliability of energy system, improving of energy efficiency (energy saving). Some results of developing of the Concept of Energy Security of the Republic of Belarus are discussed.

Abstract
A analysis of methods of simulation of hydrodynamics and heat and mass transfer in the rod fuel assemblies of nuclear power reactors is made. A subchannel multifield multifluid mathematical model, which is used to study the thermohydraulic processes in the fuel assembly with different operating modes: normal operation, accidents, is thoroughly considered. The paper presents the results of computer simulation.

The problems of Internet monitoring of tone-colored information were formulated. An approach to search and analysis of tone-colored messages on the basis of verbal associations modeling was proposed. Abstract
The results of fabrication of planar structures on the basis of xerogels, generated on porous anodic alumina of diverse morphology, with the use of photolithography without metal mask are presented. Scanning electron microscopy revealed formation of relatively perfect walls of the structures for porous anodic alumina with size of the pores less then 50 nm. The perspectives of application of the structures xerogel/porous anodic alumina in optoelectronics are discussed.

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the influence of tempering temperature on the structure and magnetic properties of tool carbon steel У10А measured in the quasistatic remagnetization mode in a closed magnetic circuit, the new informative parameters for the magnetic testing which allow to reliably detect the whole range of tempering temperature of the steel are proposed.
