Abstract
To describe the technological inheritance of operational properties in the processes of the parts manufacturing, a graph reflecting the transfer coefficients and interaction of physical and mechanical and geometrical parameters is proposed. The methods of process control of the parts operational properties inheritance including: measurement of parameters, the most critical parts; identifying of mechanisms of technological inheritance based on the coefficients of transmission and interaction of the performance properties; analysis of technological barriers at the impact of intensive energy flows, development of measures for technological process control were also considered.

Abstract
Technological inheritance of physical and mechanical as well as geometrical quality parameters in processes of manufacture and repair of engine crankshaft has been analyzed. Recommendations for the management of technological factors at manufacture and repair of the engine crankshaft by applying of mechanical and electrophysical treatment are given.

Abstract
The results of studies on technological assurance and performance properties of machine parts with weld and spray-coating are presented. It is shown that the parameters of state of the surface layer and the operational properties of coated parts, along with processing conditions, are determined by the peculiarities of the structure and properties of the deposited or sputtered material.

Abstract
A relevance of residual stresses (RS) research and computational algorithms creation in complex types of loading at the product lifecycle stages is shown. The RS forming finite element model at surface plastic deformation strengthening machining, including technological inheritance effect, is presented. The model feature is consideration of transformation of properties, obtained at previous production stages, as well as these properties evolution during metal particles displacement through the deformation space in the present loading step.

Abstract
The developed results of production of foundry metal-containing materials from waste and semiprocessed products of related industries, the balling technology are presented. The technological characteristics of metals reduction, in particular, titanium from titanium-containing powdery materials are investigated. Titanium introduction into the melt with the direct alloying method provides saving of scarce and expensive ferroalloys. The modifying effect is achieved due to the chemical interaction of the additives with separate elements of the crystallizing substance. Unlike the familiar modification method of cast iron from ferrotitanium, when the modifying effect is due to deoxidizing action of titanium, in the course of direct alloying in the presence of such a strong reducing agent as atomic carbon, the carbide inclusions provide a decisive modifying effect.

Abstract
Research has been carried out and regularities of influence of micro- and macro-roughness of surface of substrate layers on electromagnetic radiation shielding characteristics of coatings deposited on them have been determined. It has been shown that the bigger the value of the ratio of the product of the surface roughness Rz by the length of descent of an electromagnetic wave X (the Rayleigh parameter), the bigger influence the roughness has on surface reflection. In engineering evaluations aimed at designing electromagnetic radiation shields roughness can be disregarded, if the wavelength of electromagnetic radiation exceeds 1 • 10-2 m.

Abstract
The review of published data on the modes of EBW of high-purity niobium for SRF resonators was done. Relations between EBW parameters and geometries of welds of niobium sheets 1.7 mm thick are investigated. The optimal modes setting EBW have been used in the manufacture of samples 1.3 GHz superconducting niobium resonators.

Abstract
Based on analytical and statistical models a methods of multifactor processes management is proposed. The features of the management and control of the treatment special processes forming a complex of physical, mechanical and geometrical parameters for quality are considered. A sequence of technological influences for the special processes control, including the intensity of power sources, equipment performance and scale factors is recommended. Based on the statistical analysis, a method of multifactor processes management using complex diagrams is proposed.
