Abstract
It was shown the possibility to modificate membranes with different hydrophilic properties by LB-films with hydrophilic and hydrophobic monomolecular layers. The most thermostabile is a PS membrane modified with nafion film. Modification of latex particles raise a thermostability properties of PAN membranes. So, we can determine a polymer flux on initially stage and prevent soiling filtration liquid by substances of fabricated membranes by application AFM method.

Abstract
А method of synthesis of stable titanium dioxide hydrosol is developed using hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride alcoholic solution without the need to add a stabilizer. The evaluation of hydrosol photocatalytic activity was conducted. The morphology and particle size of air-dry hydrosol samples was studied using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The evaluation of fine particle size was carried out using AFM and XFA and the phase composition of titanium dioxide powder, obtained at a variety of hydrosol calcination temperatures, was established.

Abstract
The paper is concerned with relaxation processes occurring in deformed metals under their heating, presents the classification scheme of the processes based on considering the types of defects participating in relaxation and describes elementary mechanisms of their propagation. The analysis is given of the stress relaxation processes observed during plastic deformation. The process of structure formation that occurs during pulse treatment (including heat, laser and magnetic modes) is considered from the viewpoint of realized relaxation processes. Under external pulse loading the process of metal relaxation is shown to be a transition into a new state that allows repetition (or continuation) of loading. In this respect the formation of a fragmented structure under exposure to pulses is a relaxation phenomenon alternative to failure.

Abstract
An analysis of the elastic deformation state of bilateral aluminium oxide grown by the method of high voltage electro-chemical oxidation on a plate made of AMg2 aluminium alloy is executed and the value of Young Modulus ranged from 44 to92 GPa is determined. There is a non-monotonic strong dependence of the elastic modulus on oxidation current density with maximum at 1 A/dm2. A mathematic model for a thermal-elastic state of the oxide film-substrate hard connected system was developed as a ground to calculate the coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CTE) of the aluminium oxide film from experimental data of the thermal strain of the system. The obtained value of CTE equal 11·10-6 K-1 is rather higher of that for MAO aluminium oxide and almost the same for convenient electrochemical aluminium oxide. The examination of crack propagate estimates the temperature of 400°C as an upper limit of film stability. The developed aluminium oxide films are characterized as a promise material for spacecraft application.

Abstract
The optimum composition of material and its treatment conditions for tilt angle gradient formation required for creation of liquid crystal (LC) lens is determined. The distinctive feature of the material is the two-step process of alignment layer surface for variable tilt angle: standard rubbing step that defines the azimuthal direction of LC alignment, and the exposure step that forms pretilt angle profile of the alignment layer. The subject is a copolymer, characterized by the percentage of its components. We used antiparallel LC cells to determine optimum сopolymer composition. The cells have alignment layers from polymer under investigation rubbed and exposed to different doses. It is established that before exposure materials have the property of vertical LC alignment, and after exposure planar LC alignment. Material without defects of both planar and vertical alignment suitable for LC lens application - VA-30 comprises 10% photosensitive styrene-based monomer; 30% methacrylate monomer, causing vertical LC alignment and 60% methacrylate monomer, causing planar LC alignment.

Abstract
The results of investigation of electrodynamic properties of polymer composite materials with multiwall carbon nanotube filler are presented. The influence of the filler alignment inside the composite material on its interaction with electromagnetic radiation is investigated.

Abstract
The studies have found that the addition of dielectric filler BaFe12O19 in polymer-nanocarbon composite material increases the electrical conductivity and shifts the percolation transition to the lower concentration. In a case of disk-shaped particles the alteration of conductivity and critical index values is determined mainly by the decrease of contact resistance while in a case of cylindrical particles the increase of the electrical conductivity and decrease of critical index occur due to the growth of the number of conductive chains and the reduction of contact resistance.

Abstract
A contact of a roller with working surfaces of elements of transmissions with intermediate rolling elements is investigated. Formulas for calculation of slipping and rolling friction coefficients depending on operating forces and characteristics of materials of contacting details are resulted. The results of experimental researches for the moment of rolling resistance determination in contact of two rollers are resulted.

Abstract
Such issues as efficiency estimation of life cycle phase of a machine subjected to the changes of technical and economic rates during its operation are being analyzed. Productivity, machine hour cost, quantity of operating time, coefficient of efficiency, operating efficiency, coefficient of intra-shift use and other technical and economic parameters are changing during operation of a machine. There’s been introduced a strategy for maintenance service and repairs that results in maximizing profits during the life cycle of a machine subject to the changes of technical and economic parameters.

Abstract
Basic technological process of producing holes in the hub of the epicycle MTZ using the tool: center drill, twist drill, countersink is analyzed. Modes are chosen for the base treatment process and the tool life was measured. The tests of the instrument with a modified geometry series DRILL RUSH are conducted. The optimal treatment regimens are found and the tool life is measured. It was found that in the area of optimum cutting resistance the life of one of the drill head series DRILL RUSH is within 240-260 machined hubs. Significantly higher than the tool life for the base variant 20-80 times. A performance of the drilling operation for 12 holes is increased by 24 times.

Abstract
The problem of nonlinear creep of prismatic laminate and composite beam of constant thickness and height at pure bending was first solved for the first time. The hereditary creep theory was used. Non-linearity was modeled by a piecewise linear Prandtl graph. The averaged Voigt and Reuss values of deformation of the composite beam in pure bending were calculated. The effective value of elastic modulus, yield stress and plastic modulus, as well as efficient kernel of material creep of bending beam were determined.

Abstract
The problems arising during magnetic-abrasive machining of parts made of aluminum alloys using known cutting process are investigated. Formulation and composition of the lubricating and cooling technological means for magnetic-abrasive machining of parts made of aluminum alloys by introducing sulfosalicylate sodium are proposed. Analysis of the trials showed that compared to the known composition the use of the proposed composition of the lubricating and cooling technological tools than known compositions provided a improvement of the performance of the process of magnetic-abrasive machining by 1,1-1,35 times and reducing the roughness by 1.2-1.4 times.

Abstract
A technique of calculating kinematic and power characteristics of serial and recuperative drives with back-and-forth knife motion of the harvester cutter and the planetary gear conversation was examined. Identification results of elastic-damping parameters of the dynamic systems of serial and recuperative drives by experimental data of bench tests of the harvester cutter were represented.Results indicated that the recuperative actuator of harvester cutter was operable,. and its application caused the dynamic unloads of drive units and parts by four times and more.

Results of the experimental study of the kinetics of thermal decomposition of natural Belarusian dolomites are discussed. А kinetic equation of this process in the conditions of the performed experiments is determined. The energy activation and pre-exponential factor of the Arrhenius equation corresponding to the established kinetic equation are determined.

Abstract
A covariance method of video sequence stabilization with prediction is proposed. It based on matching of covariance wavelet features and gradual refinement of reference areas locations. It allows usage of the proposed method for stabilization of video data from board of a small UAV under conditions of non-stationary video camera and computational constraints.

Abstract
This article deals with the synthesis of the coordinate measurer structure in the direction diagrams ultra-speed scanning systems. The result obtained by the nonlinear optimal filtering methods of the random processes.
